This primary office is a Spine and Pain Rehabilitation Center, but we do a fair amount of FAA exams here as well.  We are co-located with an eye doctor.  All FAA services and consults are performed at both sites.

You can make an apointment separate from your FAA Medical Exam to go over your situation and review your case.  We can go over details and the most common requirements depending on your unique situation.  This visit does not require an FAA MedExpress number and nothing will be sent to the FAA unless it is sent by you.
